3 Types of Business Owners

Every business owner falls into a category. Knowing where you stand will then allow you to identify what your next steps need to be. It’s all well and good saying you need support, want a coach, ready for a mastermind. But until you can identify what you need, you cannot move forward.

Read on to learn about the 3 different types of business owners and identify which one you are.

Maybe & Cold

These entrepreneurs are the types that are inconsistent with their content. They typically are unsure of their goals and have no clear plan or identity in their business. They often copy what others are doing and 'follow the pack'.

Okay & Warm

These business owners are often reactive, impulsive, and stay busy. They are the type that signs clients when they need to. However they are inconsistent in their online engagement.

Yes & Hot

A yes business owner is all in. They are ready for the next step and are always looking at the bigger picture. They are crushing their goals and looking for the next level of growth.

Here are a few questions to help you figure out which type of business owner you are.

1. Where am I now?

2. How am I showing up & taking action?

3. Where am I stopping myself or falling short?

4. What are my key goals for the next quarter?

5. If I got support - what specifically would help me move forward with clarity?

6. Why haven’t I got this support before?

7. What habits/self-sabotage needs to change?
