Conversations about business pricing can be daunting with potential clients. This is a constant conversation and one that I know is helpful to every woman claiming her power and building a future legacy. Check out these tips to help you overcome those barriers!
1. Discounts, offers, and cheaper rates don’t always = more clients.
Think about your energy when lowering your prices. Does it align and feel good or are you doing it out of panic and fear? Think of long term reputation and buying behaviours. You don’t want to build a sales culture in your audience where they just wait until you discount it to buy. This also discredits the value.
2. You can’t be responsible for anyone else’s money story or blocks.
We all have our own relationship with money. If someone isn’t ready yet, it’s not your job to convince or change their mind. It’s more powerful to show them what’s possible when they DO break free from the money blocks and what can happen on the other side.
Meeting someone where they're at doesn’t allow them to rise up or you to stand in your power to invite change. (Of course if it feels aligned, run your business in a way that feels good). On the whole, making it more ‘affordable’ doesn’t always mean they will then show up 110%. They have to do the work around their relationship with money to ultimately stop these patterns occurring.
3. Valuing your time, energy, knowledge, and experience is the MOST valuable thing you can do for yourself.
If you start creeping back into that mindset where you aren't confident about your business pricing, soon enough, you'll doubt your abilities and question if you can do this. Value yourself in this process too. That’s a powerful energy to embrace.
